com or click "contact us" through this website - we'll rectify the situation right away for you. If you need to do an exchange let us know what size you would like. When emailing us please include the order number (upper right hand corner of your invoice) and a brief explanation of your issue/request.
If you simply need to return your order for a refund (for the original cost of your item/items) mail your item(s) to:

Make sure to include your invoice (or a copy of it) so we can find your order and refund accordingly. Before mailing the item(s) back follow the "hassle free return" instructions below.
If you would prefer to have us issue a return authorization feel free click "contact us" (include your order number and a brief explanation) and we'll email the authorization back to you.
Note: You'll get your best shipping rates via USPS. Make sure to get a "tracking number" in case we need to track your return.
Guidelines for a hassle free return:
1. The item(s) must be in original unworn condition with tags still attached. If your order was received in a box please ship the item(s) back in the same box.
2. Please take time and care in packaging the item(s) so it will get to us in the condition you received it. If returned damaged item(s) will be sent back to buyer and no refund will be issued.
3. The return must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item(s).
4. Please include your invoice and/or return authorization email with the returned item(s).
NOTE: Items returned without tags attached or not in original, unused condition could incur a 15% re-stocking fee. Item(s) must be able to be resold and considered in "new" condition.
